Front side: Vanuatu's coat of arms (Melanesian chief holding a spear and standing in front of a volcano).
Back side: Traditional parliament; Statue United in peace we progress in Vanuatu's capital Port Vila consisting of a man, a woman, a boy and a small girl.

Signatures of Sampson Ngwele (as GOVERNOR) and Willie Jimmy Tapagararua (as MINISTER OF FINANCE). Melanesian male head as watermark. Solid security thread. Boar's tusk as registration device. One horizontal and one vertical 6-digit serial number on the front side. Both are printed in black and have the double letter prefix AA. The horizontal serial number has digits of the same size, while the vertical one has digits of increasing size. Printed by Thomas de la Rue, United Kingdom.

Overprint on the front side of B203a. Introduced in 1995 to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of Vanuatu's independence.
